Dinner Networking Series

CAIRO, EGYPT

On March 18th 2010, Professor Ali Asani, Associate Director of the Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Islamic Studies Program at Harvard University, led a delegation of Harvard alumni and students on a trek exploring the histroical and cultural heritage of Cairo.  The HAAA hosted the group for an evening at Cairo's famous Abou El Sid restauratn in Zamalek.

On February 5th 2009, the HAAA held its 1st ever Alumni Dinner in Cairo, Egypt. The dinner took place at The Nile Four Seasons and brought together graduates from around the region. The event was sponsored by EFG-Hermes and Global Investment House

DOHA, QATAR

On May 24th 2009, the HAAA held its 1st ever Alumni Dinner in Doha, Qatar.  The event was kindly hosted by Mazen J. Jaidah MPP ’96, PhD ’08 in honor of Professor Jorge I. Dominguez, Vice Provost for International Affairs, Harvard University.  The event took place at the beautiful W Hotel. 

RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA

On May 26th 2009, the HAAA held its 1st ever Alumni Dinner in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia hosted by Harvard Alumni Saudi Arabia. The dinner took place at Al Faisaliah Hotel and brought together graduates from Riyadh, Jeddah and the region.  The Riyadh dinner provided a rare opportunity to network with fellow Harvard Alums and also to meet with Professor Jorge Dominguez, Vice Provost of International Affairs at Harvard University.
