The Harvard Arab Weekend will take place at several locations around the Harvard University campus, including:

The Harvard Business School

The Kennedy School of Government

Harvard School of Public Health

Harvard Center for Government and International Studies

Registration/Check-In Information:
All students, faculty, and staff are asked to present their university ID at check-in. Limited walk-in registration spaces for the Harvard Arab Weekend are available at the rate of $50/participant and $20 for students. The Harvard Arab Weekend team reserves the right to close registration and refuse admission due to capacity constraints.

Registration for the Harvard Arab Weekend will take place at various events of the weekend. Registration and check-in will be open at any of the following times and locations:

                           Saturday: 8:30 AM – 14:00 at the Harvard Business School

VIP Hospitality:
A special section has been reserved for all sponsors, speakers, careers fair organizations, and invited VIP guests. Please ask an usher for details.

Take shuttle bus to AIRPORT subway (Blue Line)
Blue Line inbound to GOVERNMENT CENTER (four stops)
Green Line inbound to PARK STREET (one stop)
Red Line outbound, direction ALEWIFE (HARVARD is the fourth stop)

ARRIVAL AT HARVARD SQUARE STATION

Come out of the station near the Harvard News Stand, you will be facing the Harvard Coop. Head left down JFK Street towards the river. You will pass Pizzeria Uno on your left and Urban Outfitters on your right. Continue down the street for three blocks. The third block is Eliot Street and the Eliot Street Cafe (Dunkin' Donuts) is on the corner
