We are delighted to announce the results of our recent Executive Board of Directors elections.  This year, approximately 150 HAAA members voted for the new HAAA Board, a record number, and as a result we believe this is the most representative Board to date.  We thank all our members for taking the time to participate in this important process.  This year, we have also expanded the size of our Board from 8 members to 10 members due to our growing list of activities and initiatives.

The new HAAA Board represents a very diverse group of alumni, including

 

• Members with a wealth of HAAA Board experience (2-9 years) as well as alumni with no prior HAAA Board experience. This mix of experience and new ideas will prove to be critical asset to the Board going forward
• Harvard graduates from as early as 1986 and as recent as 2010
• Graduates from 5 Harvard schools, including Harvard College, Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School, Harvard Kennedy School and the Harvard School of Public Health.  This represents a significant improvement from previous Board compositions, and we hope future Boards will represent a greater number of Harvard schools  
• Alumni living around the world, including in Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, UAE and the US
