4rd Annual HAAA Middle East Conference

May 2009

Cairo, Egypt

 

This event will provide alumni of leading global universities based in the Arab region with the opportunity to learn more about recent trends throughout the region as well as to meet prominent professionals living in or actively engaged in the region. Panels will discuss a variety of topics including economic growth, finance and investment, and social development in the Arab region.

 

We expect the event to attract 200 alumni of leading universities including Harvard, Yale, Princeton, MIT, Wharton, Stanford, Georgetown , Columbia , Oxford , Cambridge , and London School of Economics, in addition to members of Harvard faculty.

HAAA City Dinner Series

 

The HAAA City Dinners are informal social and networking events that bring Harvard alumni and HAAA members together in different cities around the world. Past City Dinners have been hosted in Boston, London, and Dubai and have attracted over 70 alumni from 7 different schools. In 2009, the HAAA plans to host five dinners jointly with local Harvard clubs in Cairo, Bahrain, Riyadh, Amman, and Beirut. Sponsorship for City Dinners is available to interested parties.
