This year, sponsorship opportunities will be provided
on an initiative by initiative basis (similar to last year) or on a
full year basis (see "12
month package" description below).
Each level of sponsorship will provide the following
benefits:
Platinum Sponsorship
- 20 minute time slot in program to address all attendants
- Placement of banner on event stage
- Full page advertisement in event program
- Placement of logo on event website
- Five complimentary tickets to conference
- Invitation to private dinner with all event speakers
Gold Sponsorship
- Placement of banner on event stage
- Full page advertisement in event program
- Placement of logo on event website
- Three complimentary tickets to event
- Invitation to private dinner with all event speakers
Silver Sponsorship
- Placement of banner on event stage
- Half page advertisement in event program
- Placement of logo on event website
- Three complimentary tickets to event
12-Month Package
This year, we are offering supporters of the HAAA the opportunity to
sponsor all of our events and initiatives for the next twelve months
at a special discounted rate. For example, sponsors may decide to sponsor
all events and initiatives at the Gold level. The sponsorship fee schedule
is detailed below.

Note: These sponsorship descriptions are specific to the
two major events we are planning — The Harvard Middle East North
Africa Weekend and the 3rd Annual HAAA Middle East Conference. Sponsorship
for the membership directory will include the following: Platinum sponsorship
(back or inside cover full page advertisement); Gold sponsorship (half
page advertisement within the conference handbook); Silver sponsorship
(quarter page advertisement within the conference handbook).
Sponsorship for the Harvard Middle East North Africa
Weekend also includes sponsorship of the 2nd Annual Middle East Career
Fair.
